Like all data racks offered as part of DATAllegro's MRA product line, each DR200 requires a DATAllegro control rack (CR). Thus, it takes just two racks to hold 200 terabytes of data and each additional DR200 rack adds 200 terabytes more. When you purchase a grid-enabled DATAllegro control rack, you can split data into company-defined date ranges, loading the most current onto one of DATAllegro's high performance data warehouse appliances and the rest onto one or more DR200 archive racks. As data ages, it can be transferred to the appropriate appliance according to aging rules defined by you. |
